Cooking for Solutions
Join honored chef Daria Allen, special guest Alton Brown and 14 chefs from around the world for our celebration of fine dining and environmentally sustainable living. Celebrity chefs—selected and recognized by the Aquarium for their leadership in promoting cuisine that protects the health of the ocean and the soil—will create gourmet dishes, host food and wine adventures, and present cooking demonstrations.

Watch cooking demonstrations by celebrity chefs, sample wild-caught Alaska salmon, and learn more about sustainable seafood and wine. Alton Brown will make a special presentation while diving in the Kelp Forest exhibit.

Enjoy live performances by renowned jazz musicians at our annual Jazz at the Aquarium event. Join us for Fiesta del Mar, a celebration of Latin American culture and ocean conservation. There will be bilingual feeding shows, live Latin music performances, and the highlight of the day—the "Heroe del Medio Ambiente" (Hero of the Environment) award ceremony. Children 12 and under will be admitted free all day.
