The player toolbar appears, but the web cam, video, or panorama won't play.
Your current connection speed may be less than 37kps due to your phone lines or Internet traffic, even if you have a faster modem or Internet connection. Network congestion may cause the player to time out.
The web cam or video plays, but quality is poor.
Video content is encoded with bit rates for specific bandwidth ranges. If Internet traffic is heavy, the stream might not play properly. This is similar to audible static over the telephone. Keep trying until you get a clearer connection.
The web cam or video plays, but there are pauses and the player is buffering.
You are either experiencing network congestion or attempting to play content encoded for a bit rate too high for your current bandwidth. Players buffer because they are waiting to receive more data to play back. A minimum connection speed of 37kps is required.
